Bailee Guthery: My goals are to be better than I was last year and have a consistent shot.

BG: Basketball has taught me sometimes you have to slow things down to make the right
decision.

BG: I don’t have a favorite but right now I’m wearing AE’s.

BG: My parents inspire me because of their resilience and their love for the game.
VYPE: What do you think is the biggest challenge in basketball?
BG: I think the biggest challenge is being consistent and having your head in the right
space.
VYPE: What do you think makes a great basketball player?
BG: What makes a great basketball player is their IQ and ability to score, pass, make plays,
and play defense.
VYPE: Who in your family is the best athlete? Explain.
BG: I am, because none of them can guard me.
VYPE: What’s one sport you wish you could play that you don’t already play?
BG: I wish I could play flag football.
